Leah has joined Catchment Solutions with a Bachelor of Science (Marine Science) and is excited to join the team.
For over five years Leah has fostered her passion for the environment and science communication through her active involvement in marine education programs, bush regeneration groups, animal rescue initiatives and diving. In 2023, she completed an internship research project focused on assessing the impacts of El Niño on freshwater supplies of the NSW mid north coast.
Leah is eager to contribute to a range of projects in the Mackay area for Catchment Solutions and create positive environmental outcomes, with an overall objective to protect the Great Barrier Reef.
